Your data stays yours.
How First Pass Data handles what you send us, in plain words. Last updated October 5, 2026.
Who we are
First Pass Data is operated by 3six9 Media Masters LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 3000 S Hulen Street, Suite 124-676, Fort Worth, TX 76109. Questions about this page: hello@firstpassdata.com.
What the contact form collects
When you ask for a quote, the form sends us what you type: your name, company, email, phone if you give it, and your answers about your files. It's delivered to our inbox by email through FormSubmit, the form service this site uses. If you then book a call, the booking page (Cal.com) receives your name and email to schedule it.
We use this only to reply, prepare for the call and quote your work. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your details.
This website
The site has no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and running the site.
Your item files and photos
Client files are used only to do your work: cleaning your data, building your retailer item setup sheets and preparing your photos. They're kept private and covered by the nondisclosure agreement we sign with you. We share them only with the retailer system you ask us to submit to, on your behalf.
We keep your item files, photos, our work records and what we learn about your data (for example, how your columns match the fields on each retailer template) so each new file goes faster. If you pause, we keep all of it so you can pick up where you left off.
Deleting your data
You can ask us in writing to delete your data at any time, and we'll confirm when it's done. Backup copies expire on their own within about 30 days. We keep invoices, signed agreements and payment records as required for our books. If you return after a deletion, you're set up as a new client.
Payments
Card payments go through Stripe's own payment page; your card details never reach us. Bank payments go straight to our business bank. We never ask for bank details by email, and we never change our own bank details on an email request: if you get one, call us.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If you're a client, your signed statement of work and nondisclosure agreement come first.
