Services

Everything between your data and an accepted item.

Send your product data as it is. We handle the mapping, the cleanup, the exceptions and the asset prep it takes to get styles live.

Item setup & PIM data entry

Your columns are mapped to the buyer's current template — brick, category and all — and entered directly into the system or handed back as a ready-to-load file. No guessing which fields a category actually requires.

Data cleaning & validation

Barcodes stripped of spreadsheet damage (the classic .0 ending, lost leading zeros, scientific notation) and check-digit verified. Colors, sizes, materials and units matched to the exact dropdown values the system accepts. Pricing rules enforced — MSRP at or above unit retail, clean numbers throughout.

Human-in-the-loop exception review

Anything the software can't prove is correct doesn't get guessed at — it goes to a dedicated reviewer. Questions only you can answer come back to you as one list, not a scattered stream of emails.

Digital asset prep

Product photos audited against resolution minimums (2000 × 2000 for AAFES), matched to the correct SKU, and staged for upload before the association window closes — often measured in a single hour.

Backlog & bulk onboarding

Coming off manual entry, switching contractors, or sitting on a backlog of styles that never got set up? We take the full batch and work it down to a clean, submitted state. Follow an example batch of 240 SKUs.

What we check on every file

Barcodes

Check digits, lost leading zeros, and spreadsheet damage such as “.0” endings and scientific notation.

Required fields

Every mandatory attribute for the item's category is present and in the right format.

Dropdown values

Colors, sizes, materials and units matched to the exact values the buyer's system accepts.

Pricing rules

MSRP is at or above unit retail, and prices are clean numbers.

Category attributes

Only attributes that belong to the item's category are sent, so none are rejected.

Product images

Resolution, naming and SKU matching checked before the upload window opens.

How we price

Per style, by how clean your file is. We score a sample of your file first, and your quote confirms the tier before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice.

Clean file — $15 per style

A system export: barcodes all there, one product category.

Moderate file — $20 per style

A line sheet with some gaps, or two to three categories.

Messy file — $25 per style

A PDF or one hard source, barcodes mostly missing, or four or more categories.

What a style includes

Up to 4 SKUs (colors and sizes), mapping, cleanup, validation, a second-person review, the buyer's template, upload, photo association and a status and validation report. Extra SKUs are $4 each.

Per-file minimum — $150

Applies only when a file's style total comes in under it.

Rush — +50%

On the styles you need rushed only: 2 business days for up to 25 styles, 4 for up to 50.

Onboarding — $350 one time

On a new client's first quote. Credited to your first retainer month if you sign a retainer within 60 days of your first file.

Other work — $75/hr

Only with your written OK first: typing up scanned files, combining data from 3 or more sources, or changes after you've approved the final file.

Monthly retainers, from $350/month

For vendors with work every month. Each plan includes a set amount of work at your per-style rate.

Every plan includes a monthly check of your rejected items and Item Review, with a short status note; fixing and re-submitting rejected items; and a quarterly catalog health check. Item changes are prices, colors, UPCs and descriptions on items already set up; a new color or size is a new item. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month first term, then month to month. Big backlog? We schedule it in batches of 50, most urgent first, written into your quote. Sending files through the year? Ask us about a prepaid work bank after your first file.

Start small

We begin with one small file so you can judge the results before committing to more.

No long-term contract

Pay per file. Move to a retainer when it makes sense for your volume — not before.

Your data stays yours

Kept private and used only for your work, so your next file goes faster. Deleted whenever you ask. Glad to sign an NDA.

Turnaround: 5 business days for files up to 25 styles (7 up to 50, 10 up to 100, 15 up to 200), from quote approval and complete data; files received by noon Central count from that day. Brands pay Net 30; small vendors Net 15, with a 50% deposit on the first file. Pay by ACH or wire, check, or card through the link on your invoice. Rework is free when an item is rejected because of an error we made.
